Estate sale located in Opelika featuring beautiful dining room furniture, bedroom furniture, lighted curio cabinet, some cast iron, applicances, seasonal decor, planters, cookware, crystal and more. This auction will end with a soft close beginning at 5:00 pm, Thursday, June 6, 2024, and continuing until all bids are submitted. Pick up is strictly scheduled for Friday, June 7, 10-2, and Saturday, June 8, 9-2. There are no other dates offered. Please do not bid if you aren't available for pick up. Unfortunately, we cannot hold your auction items so you must be available for pick up. Shipping is available only on items designated for shipping. You will be expected to pay shipping costs and $10-$25 handling fees depending on the requirements to safely ship an item. Live bidding will be held at the property, as well as online on June 22 at 10 am CST. Tracts1-6 will be sold at high bidder's choice. Once bidding has closed for this lot at high bidder's choice, winning bidder will have the option to select choice on tracts in any combination they desire. Once choice has been selected, any remaining tracts will be auctioned again to high bidder.
