Eftpos/Credit Card - DIRECT DEPOSIT ONLY No Charge for using Credit Cards On-line bidders have up until 5pm Wednesday(or if prior arrangements have been made with the auctioneer) after the sale to pay for the items, otherwise payment will be deducted from the credit card used to register.
All Payments for purchases to be made by Wednesday 8TH APRIL 5pm. Interstate & Country buyers can organise longer pick-up times. YVA use Pack & Send in Lilydale or Australia Post for Postage. Auctioneering Industry Protocol 1. All auctions to be conducted online via online auction. No auctions should be conducted via the traditional model. 2. Where possible staff members on site should be reduced, staff are encouraged to work from home. 3. Inspections need to be conducted by a very strict protocol including a. Buyers encouraged to inspect assets via video conferencing facilities; b. No more than one (1) person for every 4sqm; c. No more than 10 people onsite indoors and 25 outdoors for viewings (between staff and visitors at any point in time), unless this number conflicts with the 4sqm rule, and social distancing must be observed. Where space allows for larger sites this number may be increased but must never exceed any mass gathering recommendations. d. All inspections should be by appointment only and the number of people onsite at any point in time closely monitored and not exceed the numbers above; e. No more than one (1) party should be permitted to inspect an item at any point in time and that party should be limited to a maximum of two (2) people adhering to the 4sqm social distancing. f. No inspections should be permitted for Assets worth less than $5,000. Assets below this threshold should only be inspected digitally via video conferencing. 4. Where possible assets should be disinfected between each inspection. For any high-volume sites, where this is not possible all precautions must be taken to adhere to protect staff and customers with safety and hygiene and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided. 5. Asset delivery and asset collection should adhere to the 4sqm social distancing limitations and be arranged by appointment only. 6. All motor vehicles, trucks and machinery sold at auction should receive a detail that disinfects the cabin of that vehicle as soon as it arrives onsite. For any high-volume sites, where this is not possible all precautions must be taken to adhere to protect staff and customers with safety and hygiene and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided. 7. Payment for assets to be completed digitally through contactless payment functionalities or bank transfer. No cash to be accepted. 8. Clear markings should be established for any areas where a queue is possible, such as payment counters or waiting areas to ensure the social distancing protocol is adhered to.
