Participation Requirements: Valid Credit Card required to participate online. Those purchasing vehicles, trucks, Harley Davidson, and Kabota Tractor will be required to pay by wire transfer before taking possession of any vehicle. Successful bidders will have 3 (THREE) Business Days following the auction to complete their wire transfer. We will email you the routing number.
Payment Options: Cash, Cashier's Check (if you are a resident of TN) , Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Wire Transfer. Out of State Buyers on vehicles must wire transfer funds.
Payment: Credit Cards will be billed at the close of auction except for vehicles.

Pickup: All items must be picked up onsite at 550 Scarlett Road, Dandridge, TN 37725.
Pickup Day and Time: Day of Sale for those who are present and have cash in hand or certified funds. For those that are not present please call 865-548-4215 for pickup dates and times.
Shipping & Handling: NO SHIPPING.
Preview / Inspection Date & Time: Friday May 24th, 2024, from 12 pm to 6 pm. Saturday May 25th, 2024, from 9 am to 3 pm.

No allowance, refund or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, imperfection, defect, or damage. It is the responsibility of Buyer to make any determination that is satisfactory to the Buyer. By bidding, Buyers are acknowledging that they have completed their due diligence to their personal satisfaction. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Jackson Real Estate & Auction will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Jackson Real Estate & Auction or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during or after the auction. WE will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. WE reserve the right to withdraw, remove or re-catalog items at any time. WE reserve the right to deny any person the right to bid online at the auction and may revoke the privilege at any point during the auction sale. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and forfeited. The auctioneer shall have the right to take possession of those items forfeited or abandoned and resale or otherwise dispose of those items.
