Sales tax of 8.75% will be charged on all taxable items, UNLESS purchaser is Tax Exempt and has it on file with Benz Enterprises Auctions. ( You can fill out tax exempt forms at time of pickup and the invoice will be adjusted) *Vehicles/ TRAILERS with the title will not be charged sales tax, you will pay your tax at the DMV at time of registering. Payment will be made at time of pickup. THIS IS A TIMED ONLINE ONLY AUCTION lots will be staggered, and have a soft close begining TO CLOSE on THURSDAY MAY 9th at 6pm. SOFT CLOSE - item bidding will be extended by 2 minutes when there is bidding activity at time of close. IN THE EVENT THE AUCTION IS CLOSING AND THE SERVER GOES DOWN THE AUCTION CLOSING WILL BE PAUSED AND CLOSING WILL BE RESTARTED. This is a Local Pickup Only Auction ALL successful bidders must come during set pickup hours.
