CLAIR COUNTY EVENT CENTER ON SUNDAY, MAY 5th and MONDAY, MAY 6th, 2024, from 12-6. *ALL FIREARMS WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO TOM'S FIREARMS, A LOCAL FFL DEALER, FOR TRANSFER. ALL FIREARMS HAVE A MANDATORY 72 HOLD, PENDING BACKGROUND CHECK. PLEASE CONTACT TOM'S FIREARMS ON THE MONDAY FOLLOWING AUCTION, TO ARRANGE PAPERWORK/TRANSFER/PICKUP. ANY CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH FIREARM TRANSFER IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. TOM'S FIREARMS WILL CHARGE A FEE OF $40 PER FIREARM.
