KNM Auction Terms & Conditions Terms and Conditions By registering for this auction you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. Payments: Immediately after the closing of each auction we will process your payment method on file for any lots you have won. This will include a 18% buyer’s premium and state sales tax. CASH PAYMENTS RECEIVE 3% DISCOUNT You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your paid invoice. For any cards that fail to process an email will be sent to discuss payment options. All correspondence will come from: knmauction@gmail.com If you do not receive an invoice, please check your junk/spam folder. Pickups and Shipping: All items must be picked up during designated pick up times. Items cannot be paid for or picked up until the auction is complete in its entirety. Once the auction has completed, and the invoices have been created you will receive an emailed copy of your invoice. We have 2 designated days for pickup days for each auction. Please read the schedule for that particular auction. Prior approval is required for items to be picked up by someone other than the registered bidder. For items which exceed a sale price of $500 we will require a copy of a valid photo id. Shipping is not available at this time. All merchandise not removed within designated pick up time will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by KNM Auction and no refund will be given. Shipping is not available. This auction is for Local or bidders with the ability to pick up their items. Plan to load your items yourself. We MAY be able to provide assistance but employees are not required to. KNM employees cannot assist in strapping down or securing items that are transported on the outside of the vehicle. Item Conditions: All items are sold as is. Our staff does their best to inspect each item and verify its condition. Not all items can be visually inspected so we do test products for functionality when we are able to do so. Returns and Refunds: If you place a bid on an item you are committing to purchase that item. Please be aware of dimensions and consider the type of vehicle you will pick the items up in, as NO REFUND will be given due to item not fitting in vehicle. We do our best to describe as much as possible, but we are not perfect, it is up to you THE CUSTOMER to come and inspect before bidding. Item previews are by appointment only. When you bid in an auction, there is NO RIGHT TO RETURN, unless an item is materially different to its description. Just like when you're in an auction room, bidding online is a contractual commitment to buy. Please inspect your items before you leave the premises.
